1. Who provides ClaimSaveUK
ClaimSaveUK is a trading name of Cambridge Corporate Consultants, 65 Church Street, Harston, Cambridge CB22 7NP. Cambridge Corporate Consultants is the FCA-regulated business behind the regulated ClaimSaveUK claims journey (FCA FRN 124851; ICO ZB224521). GPT Legal Limited is a business/technology partner providing website/domain and technology support.
2. What ClaimSaveUK does
ClaimSaveUK provides information, initial eligibility journeys and, where appropriate, identifies and introduces customers to specialist firms for individual claims. An initial eligibility result is not a guarantee that a claim will be accepted, succeed or result in compensation.
3. Specialist receiving firms
Individual claims may be passed to separate FCA-authorised or SRA-regulated firms. Before transfer, the proposed receiving firm's legal/trading identity, applicable FCA FRN and/or SRA number, regulatory status, complaints route and relevant fees/disclosures are displayed. The customer is asked to confirm the transfer before claim information is sent. The receiving firm is responsible for the regulated or legal service it provides after acceptance and may issue its own terms, CFA or other client agreement.
4. Fees and payments
ClaimSaveUK may receive payment from third parties for introductions where permitted. The applicable disclosure is presented in the relevant journey. Any customer fee charged by a receiving firm must be explained in that journey or by that firm before the customer enters into its agreement.
5. Free alternatives
You do not have to use ClaimSaveUK or another claims management company. Depending on the claim, you may be able to complain directly and/or use an applicable statutory ombudsman, compensation scheme or other free route.
6. Accuracy and acceptable use
You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or upload unlawful or malicious material.
7. Privacy and marketing
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Optional marketing preferences are separate from service communications and any confirmation needed to progress a claim or transfer information to a named partner.
8. Changes and contact
These website terms may be updated when the service, partner network or legal requirements change. Material terms governing a receiving firm's work are contained in that firm's own agreement. Questions can be raised through the ClaimSaveUK contact routes.
