4. Affiliate marketing controls
- Each affiliate/campaign should be identifiable by source/campaign code.
- Only approved creatives and representations may be used.
- No advert may guarantee compensation, imply government/regulator endorsement, or obscure the identity/purpose of the promotion.
- Affiliate traffic must ultimately pass through ClaimSaveUK's named-recipient disclosure and affirmative transfer-confirmation stage.
- Compliance approval should be withdrawn where a creative or campaign no longer meets the required standard.
5. Due-diligence note
This pack demonstrates the intended controls and the live ClaimSaveUK transfer design. Prospective partners should perform their own legal, regulatory and data-protection due diligence. Example creatives are not evidence that a particular advert has been approved or published; live-use approval records should be retained separately for each campaign/version.
