Using ClaimSave UK with accessibility needs.
We want the customer-facing website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology or need reasonable adjustments.
Accessibility features
The site is designed to support keyboard-only navigation, visible keyboard focus, screen readers, browser zoom and text resizing, reduced-motion preferences, clear form labels and error/status announcements, high-contrast text, descriptive links and accessible webchat controls.
Keyboard and screen-reader use
A “Skip to main content” link is provided at the start of each page. Interactive elements are intended to be reachable in a logical order without a mouse. Page regions, forms, buttons and webchat controls use semantic HTML and accessible labels.
Text size, zoom and motion
You can use your browser's zoom and text-size controls. Layouts are designed to reflow on smaller screens and at increased zoom. Where your device indicates that you prefer reduced motion, non-essential animation and smooth scrolling are disabled.
Forms and communication support
Forms use visible labels, required-field indicators where appropriate and status messages that can be announced by assistive technology. If you need information or communication in an alternative format, or need help completing an online process, contact us and tell us what adjustment would help.
Webchat
The webchat can be opened, used and closed from the keyboard, exposes chat updates through an assistive-technology-friendly live region and provides an inline human-handover form rather than relying on browser pop-up prompts.
Standards and ongoing review
Our design target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the customer-facing website. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and changes to content, third-party services or new features should be reviewed before release.
Tell us about a problem
If you find an accessibility barrier, please contact Cambridge Corporate Consultants trading as ClaimSave-UK.com, 65 Church Street, Harston, Cambridge CB22 7NP, or use the Contact Us section on the website. Tell us which page or feature caused difficulty and what assistive technology or adjustment you were using, if you are comfortable doing so.
